When will my order ship?

Orders are processed for shipping within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will begin processing the following business day.
What if my shipping address is incorrect or incomplete?

Inaccurate or incomplete address information may delay processing by an additional 1–2 business days. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping and billing information before placing your order to help avoid delays.
How much does shipping cost?

We’re delighted to offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95.
How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and is generally delivered via USPS.

Please keep in mind that transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
Can I choose expedited shipping?

Yes. For faster delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air may be available at checkout, depending on your location. Additional shipping fees apply
Does processing time apply to expedited shipping?

Yes. Our 1–2 business day processing time applies to all shipping methods available at checkout.

For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will still require 1–2 business days for processing before it ships, so you can typically expect delivery within 3–4 business days.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information directly from our shipping carrier, typically USPS or UPS.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation email, please check your other email folders or contact us at service@oneloveorganics.com.
