Shipping + Tracking

All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days and orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day. 

Please note, should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by an additional 1-2 business days. You are encouraged to thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

One Love Organics is delighted to provide free shipping on all orders $49 and up, and $4.95 flat rate standard shipping on all other orders. 

Standard Shipping, $4.95 flat rate.

Standard Shipping delivery typically occurs between 3–7 days after your order is processed and will arrive via USPS. 

UPS Expedited 2nd day Air, $29.

Delivery is typically the next business day after your order is processed. All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days regardless of the shipping option selected. Keep in mind, transit times are business days and don’t include weekends or holidays. This means, for example, that if you select UPS Next Day Air shipping, you can expect to receive your delivery in 3-4 business days. 

UPS Next Day Air, $50.

Delivery is typically the next business day after your order is processed. All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days regardless of the shipping option selected. Keep in mind, transit times are business days and don’t include weekends or holidays. This means, for example, that if you select UPS Next Day Air shipping, you can expect to receive your delivery in 2-3 business days. 

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking

Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your One Love Organics purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Simply complete the Return Authorization Form and return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

*Please note that for product integrity and hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns of The Cleansing Sponge. All sales of The Cleansing Sponge are final.

Can I return/exchange products purchased from a different retailer on oneloveorganics.com?
Any products purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to that retail partner. Only products ordered from oneloveorganics.com may be returned to oneloveorganics.com.

We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at service@oneloveorganics.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: Georgia and Virginia.

Order Status

A key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our site. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your oneloveorganics.com order. You will also receive a tracking number via email upon shipment of your order. This tracking number comes from a second party-you will not see the One Love Organics, Inc. email address. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you place an order on oneloveorganics.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that your order has been received.

Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?

Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Do you accept international orders?

Currently, we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you offer promotion code offers?

Yes, we do offer online promotion codes seasonally to our customers. Sign up for our newsletter to receive them and follow our social channels for the latest updates. These offers are redeemable for orders placed on oneloveorganics.com and cannot be used on other websites.

Do you offer free samples?

One Love Organics is crafted in small batches to maintain the integrity of our ingredients and ensure you receive the highest quality product. This artisanal approach, along with our commitment to ECOCERT’s environmentally-friendly packaging guidelines, does not support sample sizes. Instead, we created a collection of trial sizes so that you may experience our products and discover what works best for you! In addition we offer a Worry Free Return Policy: Try One Love Organics worry-free with our 30-day return policy. We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. 

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
